About Through the Fibro Fog
Through the Fibro Fog is a chronic illness and food blog focusing on living well with health challenges. I hope to speak candidly about my experiences with migraine, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia and MCAS, and offer some tips and tricks I have learnt along the way.
I also offer a growing collection of low histamine recipes, for those advised to follow this diet by their medical team. My recipes are fun, tasty and hopefully show that a restrictive diet doesn't have to mean boring food! They are featured on Food Gawker and Finding Vegan, amongst other sites.
I volunteer with Mast Cell Action and I am a patient ambassador for VeDA (Vestibular Disorders Association).
