Pat the chicken dry, then add to a bowl with olive oil, herbs and spice.

Use hands to rub the seasoning into the chicken thighs

Preheat the air fryer, then place the thighs in the basket

Air fry for 16-20 minutes at 390F, flipping halfway. Check for 165F at their deepest part

Air fryer tips

- Leave space between the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket - Use tongs to flip - it's too hot for fingers! - Always check for an internal temperature of 165F at the deepest point using a meat thermometer
