Add boneless skinless chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, thyme and garlic powder to a bowl.

Spread the oil, herb and spice mix all over the chicken breasts.

Carefully slice a pocket into the chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.

Stuff with mozzarella, pesto and optional cream cheese. You can use previously soaked toothpicks to hold the chicken together.

Air fry for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165F at the deepest point using a meat thermometer.
