Combine the chicken with olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, basil, salt and black pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes or more.
Drizzle olive oil in your skillet and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes each side.
De-stone the nectarines and dice into small pieces.
Add the chicken and nectarines to an ovenproof dish. Pour over olive oil and vinegar, and bake for 15 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165F.
