Ingredients Olive oil Butternut squash Apple Onion Garlic Vegetable broth Sage Coconut milk

Saute onion and garlic, then add diced butternut squash and apple and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the coconut milk. Cook the soup for about 15 minutes.

Optional: fry cubes of bread in a little oil to make croutons.
