Ingredients

Shred or finely dice cabbage and carrots. Dice radishes and green onion.

Combine the shredded vegetables in a large bowl with fresh cilantro.

Whisk together extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, grated root ginger and salt.
