Serve up this cauliflower potato mash as a fun Christmas dinner side dish - it's always a crowd-pleaser!

Cook the potatoes and cauliflower in salted water for 15 minutes, then remove the cauliflower and cook the potatoes for a further 15 minutes.

Place the cauliflower in a colander to drain off any excess liquid.

Cook onion and garlic in a little olive oil in your skillet.

Add the cooked cauliflower, onion mixture, butter, milk, olive oil and seasoning to a food processor.

Mash the potato a little with a potato masher.

Spoon the mashed potatoes into the food processor and blend until smooth.
