Boil your potato and cauliflower in a pan until fork tender.

Place the cauliflower in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil

Blend the cauliflower, onion, garlic, milk, butter and sage.

Lightly mash the potato

Add the potato into the blender with the other ingredients and blend.
