Ingredients

Chicken breast Olive oil Butter Sage Salt & black pepper

Season the chicken and fry in olive oil in your skillet to 165F

Remove the chicken. Add butter and heat until it bubbles, then add the sage.

Add the chicken back to the skillet, and spoon over the brown butter sauce.
