This maple coconut granola is full of flavour from the indulgent maple syrup and coconut, and with the best crunch from the oats and seeds.  Made with just six ingredients, and all pantry staples, this tasty nut free granola is vegan, and gluten free (using suitable oats).

Ingredients

Step 1

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the bowl and stir very thoroughly.

Step 3

Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on a lined baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and add the coconut. Stir well and bake for a further 5-10 minutes.
