Always a fun summer appetizer, these cream cheese stuffed mini peppers are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

grab cream cheese, sweet peppers and herbs from the store!

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until softened

Halve the mini peppers, place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes

Combine cream cheese, herbs, onion, garlic and salt.

Spoon the cream cheese filling into the peppers and bake for 10 minutes
