Enjoy these easy to make grated potato fritters as a quick weeknight meal or side dish!

Ingredients

Peel the potatoes, and grate the potato and onion.

Place the potato and onion in a cloth and squeeze the liquid out

Combine all the ingredients (except the oil) and stir well

Drizzle oil in your skillet and drop small handfuls of the fritter mixture, then press down with a spatula

Fry the potato fritters for 3-4 minutes, flip, then cook for another  3-4 minutes until golden brown
