This tasty flaxseed pudding is full of nutty flavour and combines just four ingredients! Vegan and gluten free recipe.
Just four ingredients, and then add toppings of your choice!
Add the milled flaxseed, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a bowl or container, and whisk to combine. Place in the fridge for at least an hour.
1. Combine ingredients
Halfway through the 'time in the fridge', give the pudding another whisk to help it combine and so the flax can soak up the milk more evenly.
2. Stir the pudding
Spoon into your serving bowl or jar, then top with your chosen fruits, nuts or seeds or add some jam!
