Prepare the pak choi (also known as bok choy) by slicing the end off the tough bulb.
Steam the pak choi / bok choy in a steamer basket for 3-5 minutes until tender.
Grate the ginger and mince garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a small pan and heat the ginger and garlic.
Arrange the pak choi on a serving plate and drizzle over the ginger dressing.
