Ingredients

Heat onion and spices

Cook your onion, celery, garlic and spices in a large pot, until the onion has softened.

Add cabbage and zucchini

Cook the vegetables for a few minutes, stirring to combine with the spices.

Add liquids

Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and pour in coconut milk.
