Ingredients

Slice chicken breasts into two, and season with salt and black pepper. Sear and cook for 5-6 minutes each side.

Remove the chicken, then saute onion and garlic until softened.

Pour in chicken broth, and cook for 4-5 minutes to reduce. Add herbs de Provence and heavy cream.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes so the cream herb sauce reduces.
