Ingredients

Top and tail the lemongrass stalks and dice into small pieces

Add the lemongrass, ginger and rosemary to a pot with hot water

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 5-7 minutes

Take the tea off the heat and stir in maple syrup. Strain into your cups or glasses
