Enjoy these honey roasted persimmons as a fun warm fruit dessert - so easy to make with minimal prep time!

Remove the leaf from the persimmon, and slice horizontally into two halves.

Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.

Whisk together apple juice, hot water, melted coconut oil, cardamom, ground ginger and nutmeg. Spoon over the persimmons, then drizzle honey over the fruit.

Bake the persimmon for 45-50 minutes, covered with foil, or until they are soft. Spoon over any juices in the dish, then serve!
