Add chicken thighs (or chicken breast fillets) to a bowl, along with oil, apple juice and Italian herb mix.

Use your hands to coat the chicken in the herb mix. Optional: marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours

Drizzle oil in your skillet and bring to a medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes each side to 165F internal temperature

- Adjust the amount of herbs to preference - Cook time will vary depending upon the size of the thighs and heat of the skillet - Check for an internal temperature of 165F at the deepest point of the chicken
