Super easy to make, this kale chicken salad is perfect for a fall healthy lunch or to take to a potluck!

Ingredients

Massage shredded kale in olive oil and a pinch of salt until it wilts and softens.

Whisk together tahini, water and mixed herbs to make a creamy dressing.

Either cook and shred fresh chicken or use rotisserie chicken.

Combine shredded chicken, kale, diced apple, celery, pepitas, sesame seeds and the dressing.
