Ingredients

Dice a cauliflower head into small florets.

Boil (or steam) the cauliflower florets for 10-12 minutes until soft and fork tender, then drain.

Saute diced onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.

Blend the drained cauliflower in a food processor.

Add the cooked onion and garlic, cream cheese, milk, parsley, salt and black pepper and blend up your mashed cauliflower!
