Trim the Brussels sprouts and remove outer leaves

Snap the asparagus and discard the woody end

Drizzle the sprouts with olive oil, season and roast for 15 minutes

Add the asparagus to the roasting tray and cook for a further 10 minutes

Make the maple ginger dressing by combining the ingredients and stirring well
