Enjoy these roasted asparagus and carrots as a tasty healthy side dish for a family dinner! So easy to make!

Ingredients

Bend the asparagus each end until it snaps. Keep the end with the flower and discard the tough woody end.

Slice the carrots lengthways into halves, or quarters if they are thicker in size.

Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle over herbs and garlic.

Roast for 18-20 minutes. If your asparagus is thinner, begin roasting the carrots, then add after 5-7 minutes.
