Add cauliflower florets to a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 25-30 minutes.

Add cauliflower, tahini, sweet paprika, garlic, apple cider vinegar and salt to a blender cup.

Blend to a more chunky or smooth consistency.
