Ingredients

Remove any bruised outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and trim the ends.

Cut the Brussels sprouts into halves, or quarters if they are larger in size.

Steam or boil the sprouts until fork tender. About 6-7 minutes if boiling.

Make your pesto - or use store-bought if you prefer!

Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a lined baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes.
