Cook up these fragrant air fryer rosemary chicken thighs as a flavorful easy weeknight dinner - they take less than 30 minutes!

Combine chicken thighs, minced rosemary, thyme, paprika, garlic, olive oil, apple juice, salt and black pepper.

Use your hands to coat the chicken in the rosemary marinade. Optional: set aside, covered, in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Place your marinated chicken thighs rounded side down in your air fryer basket in an even layer with space between them.

Air fry the chicken thighs for 8 minutes, flip, cook for another 8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165F at their deepest point.
