This rhubarb mocktail is easy to make and so delicious for non-alcoholic spring or summer drinks!

Ingredients

Dice rhubarb stems into pieces around half an inch thick

Add rhubarb, honey, basil and still water to a pan

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 12 minutes

Strain the rhubarb puree through a fine mesh sieve

Pour the rhubarb syrup into your glasses and top with sparkling water
