Pear Spelt Flour Egg Ground Ginger Non-dairy Milk Egg Baking Powder Maple Syrup Coconut Oil

Combine spelt flour, spices and baking powder in a bowl

In another bowl, combine egg yolk, milk and maple syrup. Pour into the bowl with the flour and add diced pears.

Heat coconut oil in your skillet and test the heat so the end of a wooden spoon has light bubbling

Drop handfuls of the fritter batter into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping  with a spatula
