Prepare the asparagus by bending until it snaps and discarding the woody end

Cook your spaghetti according to packet instructions, reserving a little pasta water

Fry onion in olive oil, then add asparagus, broccoli and kale for 5-6 minutes

Add half the asparagus mixture to a blender with non-dairy milk and blend to a sauce
