Use a meat mallet to thin the turkey into 1/2 inch thick fillets.

Fry seasoned turkey

Fry seasoned turkey fillets in olive oil for 3-4 minutes each side, or to an internal temperature of 165F.

Fry onion, garlic and spices

In the same skillet fry onion, garlic and turmeric, then add the sage leaves.

Make the creamy sage sauce

Pour in the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the coconut milk and turkey fillets. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
