Ingredients

these energy balls are made from pantry staples!

1. assemble ingredients

Add oats, almond butter, turmeric, pepitas, ginger, milled flaxseed and honey to a food processor.

2. Blend the energy balls mixture

Blend to a thick dough-like sticky  mixture. You may need to scrape the sides of the blender down a few times.

3. Chill the 'dough'

Place the dough of the bliss balls in a bowl and cover with film. Transfer to the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes.

4. form the bliss balls

Roll the dough into small bliss balls and coat with sesame seeds if you like!
