2. Fry onion, garlic and spices

Fry the onion, garlic and spices in olive oil in your skillet for 4-5 minutes on a low heat, or until the onion is softened

3. Add the cabbage

Add the shredded cabbage, apple cider vinegar and salt and black pepper . Cook until the cabbage has wilted but still has some bite too it. Stir occasionally.
