Zucchini Quinoa Bell Peppers Cream cheese Olive oil Onion Garlic Herbs Lemon juice

Hollow the zucchini so you have space to stuff them

Cook quinoa, then mix with diced sauteed bell pepper, onion and garlic, as well as cream cheese, herbs and lemon juice
