Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4-6 peaches de-stoned, adjust to preference and the size of your fruit
  • 1 can coconut milk (400 mls)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • handful cherries de-stoned, optional

Instructions

  • Add the stoned peaches, coconut milk and maple syrup to your blender. Blend until combined but with a few chunks of fruit remaining.
  • Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least six hours to freeze. Then enjoy!

Notes

  • The maple syrup is optional, and for extra sweetness.
  • Adjust the quantities of peaches to the size of your fruit and don't forget to remove the stones!
  • I suggest to pour the mixture from your blender into a jug, then pour from the jug into the popsicle mold for a less messy process!
  • The cherries are optional, but add a nice flavour.
  • Always leave to freeze for at least six hours. They will be too soft before that.
