- 1 cup kale stems removed
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup

- I do suggest using frozen peach slices for this kale smoothie as they give it a much thicker and creamy taste and texture than using fresh ones.
- If using fresh peaches, make sure they are perfectly ripe and be sure to de-stone them before adding to the blender!
- You may wish to add a little ice if you are using fresh peaches.
