- 2 large red or green apples or 3 small apples
- ¼ English cucumber
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon mint leaves
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- ice to preference
De-core the apples and roughly dice, along with the cucumber.
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend to a thick smoothie. Adjust with ice if you like.
