Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 large red or green apples or 3 small apples
  • ¼ English cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon mint leaves
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • ice to preference

Instructions

  • De-core the apples and roughly dice, along with the cucumber.
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend to a thick smoothie. Adjust with ice if you like.

Notes

  • If using an English cucumber you don't need to peel.
  • Green apples such as a Granny Smith apple will give a more tart flavor, while red apples are more sweet. So choose those you prefer!
