Air Fryer Mini Peppers

Preheat the air fryer to 390F / 200C for 3 minutes.
Slice the sweet mini peppers in half, lengthways. Remove the seeds with a small spoon, but leave the stalk intact.
Add the mini bell peppers to a bowl with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Use your hands to coat the peppers.
Place the peppers in your air fryer basket, with a little room in between them if possible, and in a single layer. Air fry at 390F for 7 minutes (for minimal charring) or for 12 minutes for more charring, to preference. Check the peppers after 5 minutes for their level of doneness. Use tongs to flip the peppers or shake the basket, and continue to air fry as needed.
Use tongs to remove the peppers from the air fryer basket as they will be very hot.
