Pear Apple Juice

This pear apple juice is fresh and light, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Add ginger for a hint of spice if you like!

Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 3 apples
  • 1 cm ginger root optional, skin removed

Instructions

  • Dice the fruit, and remove the skin from the ginger if using.
  • Feed the apples, pears and ginger through your juicer with a bowl or glass underneath to collect the juice. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit without any blemishes or bruising. It needs to be ripe both for more juice and for sweetness.
  • Give the juice a stir before serving if it has started to separate.
  • The ginger is optional.
