Pear apple juice
This pear apple juice is fresh and light, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Add ginger for a hint of spice if you like!
Servings: 2 small glasses
- 4 pears
- 3 apples
- 1 cm ginger root optional, skin removed
Dice the fruit, and remove the skin from the ginger if using.
Feed the apples, pears and ginger through your juicer with a bowl or glass underneath to collect the juice. Serve immediately.
