Drizzle olive oil in your skillet and cook diced chicken until browned to 165F as their internal temperature. Cook pasta to packet instructions in salted water.

Remove the chicken, then cook onion, garlic and diced asparagus. Pour in chicken broth and cook down for a few minutes.

Add in the mascarpone cheese, stir into the broth, then add diced rosemary and the chicken pieces back to the pan.

Add the cooked pasta, and spoonfuls of reserved pasta water to get the sauce creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
