Ingredients

Instructions

  • If your frozen cauliflower rice has any clumps, give it a bit of a bash with a wooden spoon to break them up.
  • Drizzle olive oil in your skillet and add the garlic. Heat gently so the garlic is sizzling.
  • Tip in the frozen cauliflower rice along with the dried thyme and parsley. Cook for 6-8 minutes on a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the water has evaporated and you have slight browning on the rice.

Notes

  • Break up any clumps of the cauliflower rice before adding to the skillet with a good bash with a wooden spoon!
  • Don't thaw the cauliflower rice before cooking. Tip in the skillet from frozen.
  • Add more garlic or herbs to taste preference.
  • Cook so the water evaporates and you have slight browning.
