Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add the frozen berries, honey and sparkling water to a blender. Blend the mixture to a thick consistency.
  • Give the mocktail mixture a stir in the blender, then pour it into your glasses. You may need to use a spoon to transfer to your glasses as it is quite thick.

Notes

  • Choose frozen fruit or berries to your preference - pick those you like best!
  • My low histamine readers will likely wish to stick to lower histamine berries such as blueberries and blackberries.
  • For a more slushy frozen mocktail, simply add a little more sparkling water.
  • Nutritional information is auto-generated and should be understood to be an estimate.

All ingredients score 0 on the SIGHI list, with the exception of:
  • frozen berries - be sure to pick low histamine berries and not higher histamine ones such as strawberries.
  • sparkling water isn't rated on the SIGHI list.
