- 1 cup kale hard stems removed
- 1 cm fresh ginger skin removed
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves optional

Pour into your glasses and serve immediately.
- Whether to peel the cucumber or not depends upon your taste preference. It will be a lighter flavor if you peel, and personally I find it easier to digest.
- Roughly dicing the fruit and vegetables simply makes it easier to add them to your blender cup - it doesn't have to be precise.
- Squeeze well as a lot more juice comes out than you would think!
- If citrus works for you, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
