Air Fryer Baby Corn

A fun appetizer or snack, these air fryer baby corn are so quick and easy to make with minimal ingredients!

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 390F / 200C.
  • Tip the baby corn into a bowl, drizzle in the olive oil and sprinkle in the sweet paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper (optional). Toss to coat the baby corn in the oil and spices.
  • Place the baby corn in the air fryer in an even layer, with a little space between them to allow for air circulation. Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 390F / 200C, shaking the basket halfway through. Adjust timings to the amount of browning you like.

Notes

  • Cook the baby corn to the amount of charring you like, adding a few more minutes for more browning.
  • For a faster cook time, you can slice the baby corn lengthways into halves.
  • Add more herbs and spice to taste preference!
