Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup kale tough stems removed, lightly packed
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups plant milk
  • ice to preference

Instructions

  • Combine your frozen blueberries, blackberries, kale, chia seeds and plant milk in a blender cup.
  • Blend to a thick smoothie, adjusting with ice to preference.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries (or blackberries) rather than fresh are better in this recipe to get a thick creamy smoothie.
  • Adjust with more milk to thin, and more ice to thicken the smoothie.
