  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ice to preference

Instructions

  • Add the frozen peaches, frozen blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, plant milk and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
  • Blend the smoothie, adjusting with more milk to thin or ice to thicken to preference.

  • You can easily change up the fruit ratios and have more peaches and less blueberries if you prefer.
