Love a summer smoothie? I think this ticks all the boxes! Delicious summer fruits? Check. Just a few, easy to find ingredients? Check. Can be enjoyed as a light breakfast smoothie or snack? Check.
But the best bit is that you can enjoy this peach blueberry smoothie without yogurt year-round as we use frozen fruits. Similarly to my blueberry smoothie without banana recipe, it's more affordable to use frozen fruits rather than fresh and we get a thick creamy smoothie that's perfect for warmer weather.

🫐 Ingredients
All the ingredients and their quantities are set out in the recipe card below.
Some notes on a few of them:
- Peaches - I suggest to use frozen peaches to make the smoothie. It will give you a lovely thick creamy smoothie. If using fresh peaches, you will likely want to add ice to thicken the smoothie.
- Blueberries - use regular frozen blueberries or wild blueberries if you prefer.
- Hemp seeds and chia seeds - these add a little protein and help thicken the smoothie. Be sure to use hulled / shelled hemp seeds as they are easier to blend.

💭 Recipe Tips and Notes
- Adjust the fruit ratios. Love a more peachy flavor? Add a few more frozen peaches, and less blueberries or vice-versa!
- Add ice. For a thicker smoothie add some ice. I suggest not too much as it can dilute the fruity flavor.
