Equipment

  • High powered blender

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cups apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ice to preference

Instructions

  • Add the frozen blueberries, apple juice and maple syrup to your blender cup.
  • Blend to a thick slushie consistency, adjusting with ice to preference. Pour into your serving glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • We all like a different slushie texture, so add more frozen berries to thicken or more liquid to thin.
  • A high-powered blender is a must here, as it needs to blend frozen fruits.

  • apple juice isn't specifically mentioned, so if sensitive to store-bought then I would suggest to juice fresh apples.
