Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add your frozen cherries, coconut milk and maple syrup to a blender and blend to a thick smoothie-like consistency.
  • Pour the mixture Into your popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least four hours for them to set (larger popsicles may require more freezing time).

Notes

  • Use a high powered blender to blend up the frozen cherries.
  • Adjust with more cherries for a more fruity popsicle, or a little more coconut milk for a more creamy popsicle.
  • Depending upon the type of popsicle mold you are using, leave a space of about ¼ inch at the top to allow for the mixture expanding in the freezer.
