Chicken is such a go-to for many families for a tasty dinner, whether for a quick weeknight meal or perhaps something a little more elaborate for a weekend feast. It's so easy to pack a punch with flavour and go for faux 'curry', herby pesto dressing or a creamy and decadent sauce.
I am sharing some of my reader favourite recipes, along with some specially chosen from other bloggers with these 15 low histamine chicken recipes! All are simple to make, and many are gluten free and dairy free.
