    It's always fun to dive into my analytics and see which of the low histamine recipes here on the site came out as the most-loved, so let's see what they were for 2022!

    It's kind of nice to see that there is a bit of everything in the top ten recipes, with healthy salads, soups and smoothies, but also more indulgent desserts and fun mocktails!

    Always my go-to lunch in the colder months, I love that so many of you love this quinoa vegetable soup too! Packed with healthy ingredients and so delicious.

    6. Chia and flax seed crackers

    Dip these chia and flax crackers in your soup! Or enjoy with salads too of course. Easy to make, they are a gluten free cracker made with seeds, water and optional herbs.

    Love that these spiced poached pears made it into the top ten because I had so much fun coming up with the recipe! We use apple juice and low histamine spices to add so much flavor.

    With crispy edges and so much flavor, these sweet potato fritters are a fun vegetarian main dish or side and very family friendly!
